Cedar Strip Canoe

This is the cedar-strip canoe or "stripper" I built. Construction pictures can be viewed here. The canoe had it's maiden voyage at Larimore Dam, Larimore, ND, and it's true trial in three foot waves in Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Now I live in dry southern California and the "sad" canoe hangs in my garage unused. What a cryin' shame!!
