February 14, 2005

It has been a wet winter, but I have managed to get into the pike a few times.

Here is a shot of path work as seen from the back gate.

This is the foot bridge over the drainage ditch.

I found these "cove and bead" border blocks that work perfectly for shaping a curved tunnel. Tunnel walls went in this morning, February 14.

Here is the end of the day's work. I replaced the dirt and weeds under the track with decomposed granite roadbed. Now I have to wait for the split-jaw rail clamps I ordered to arrive. Then I can connect and lay the rails.
