Locomotives

The Hilary Kay is a 1:24 scale Hartland Locomotives 2-4-0 Dutchess. She will be the lead on the passenger service on the Mojave Desert & Southwest Mountains Railroad.

This 1:24 scale Hartland Locomotives 2-6-0 will lead the gold train out of the Black Widow Gold Mine.

Susan and I bought this 1:20.3 scale Backman Spectrum 2-8-0 Narrow Guage Consolidation at the Big Train Show in Ontario in June 2007 to pull a Christmas train around the tree in the house. We discovered that the 4 foot diameter track around the tree is much to short a radius for this work horse. It does not have a designated outdoor use yet. I suspect it will end up hauling assorted freight on the mountain loops around Daisyville.
