My original intent was to pour a curved concrete tunnel or two around the curve of the outside loop so the inside loop could pass over it. As I explored my options, I found that one tunnel would be enough and that that tunnel included very little of the actual curve. I had some 12x12 inch concrete pavers I had poured for an old project. I used these to build my first tunnel which is three feet long with an 11 inch top clearance. The second tunnel I replaced with my 6 foot pony truss bridge, seen hear in temporary placement.
I built a mold and made a poured concrete tunnel portal. I still need to pour the west retaining wall which will be at a different angle than the east one.
